Where can I pick up a bike?

We offer easy pick-up by appointment from Wicker Park. Once you book, we’ll send you the exact address and simple instructions. Pick-up is fast, free, and the best way to start your ride.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within a set radius around our pickup hub in Wicker Park. You can view our delivery zone on the map below.

Delivery is available for an additional fee and depends on availability. If you're just outside the zone, reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate or suggest an alternative.

What types of bikes do you offer?

We currently offer three types of bikes:

1-Speed City Bike – Simple, sturdy, and perfect for flat city rides
3-Speed City Bike – Great for light hills or longer commutes
Urban Arrow E-Cargo Bike – Powerful and stable, ideal for carrying groceries, gear, or passengers

What if I have an issue with the bike?

We’re here to help! Just text or call us if something comes up. We’ll try to troubleshoot first, and if needed, we’ll arrange a bike swap or offer a refund or credit. For subscribers, basic maintenance is included.

What's your cancellation or return policy?

If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible. We offer full refunds for any cancellations made at least 24 hours before your pickup or delivery window. For early returns on subscriptions or longer rentals, contact us and we’ll work something out.

What's included in the rental?

All rentals include a chain lock and key. E-Cargo bike rentals include a charger if rented for more than one day.
